Return & Exchange Policy
All of our products are Brand-New and of a specialty bedding nature, and in accordance with Civil Code 1723 and Federal and State Laws, please be aware that we are unable to offer Return of any bedding, bath or home textile item or product. Merchandise that is Non-Returnable includes but is not limited to bed sheet sets, duvet sets, blankets, bedspreads, throws, comforters, pillowcases, shams, pillows, bath robes, etc.
Bedding, bath and home textile products are a type of merchandise which are, by nature, intimately tied to health standards. Venus Rising Limited maintains strict adherence with the highest health standards and is, under no circumstance, able to Return or Exchange any bed, bath or home textile item that has ever been removed from its original packaging or laundered, even in the event that a bedding, bath or textile item has been repackaged by the consumer. Items removed from the package or laundered are no longer deemed New, cannot be made available for resale, are specifically listed under Civil Code 1723 as Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable merchandise and are, without exception, not available for Return or Exchange. Customers may reference Civil Code 1723 forms of Non-Returnable merchandise outlined specifically at the base of this page. Tag instructions for every bedding, bath or home textile item are clearly indicated and such instructions should always be strictly followed by the customer. Please be aware that Venus Rising Limited cannot be held responsible for actual product care inclusive of laundering, or lack of care, on behalf of any customer and liability for launder and any type of care remain the sole responsibility of the customer as end-user. Every item is thoroughly inspected in three locations prior to any customer shipment, both at the manufacturing location and prior to departure from our facility, and we have never experienced defect; in the event of a manufacturers' defect, the above-mentioned policy will not apply, however triple-inspections occur before each and every shipment.
Our items ship quickly and typically depart from our facility within 3-7 business days of payment received, plus transit time to your physical location. For items requiring increased shipping time, such requirement will be clearly indicated and will be clearly listed in the item description. Though it is rare, certain specialty items may require approximately 14 business days prior to departure and will be clearly noted if this is the case.
If you receive your item(s) and prefer a different color or pattern or the same item, or prefer a different item we carry, Venus Rising Limited customers may exchange Brand-New item(s) within 15 calendar days. Exchanges may be made for value equal to or above original purchase less shipping and may be applied to any other store item(s), or customer may choose our flexible Store Credit option. Venus Rising Limited Store Credit is valid for up to a full 2 years from original purchase date. Full receipt of your store credit, should you choose the option, is designed to be flexible to suit your needs and may be redeemed at any point in time within a 2-year period. Confirmation of your store credit will be received by you within 7 business days of merchandise received for Exchange. For any desired exchange, never remove the item(s) from packaging as doing so will nullify Exchange eligibility. Any item(s) desired for Exchange must meet the following guidelines and are required: the item(s) must remain Brand-New in nature, including never being removed from packaging and never having been laundered by any method. For Exchange requests, please contact Venus Rising Limited Customer Care by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days of customer receipt of merchandise and include your full contact information including purchase date, full name and shipment address, telephone number and email contact information. You may also contact Customer Care directly by telephone at 1-877-42-VENUS. Venus Rising Limited is pleased to offer exchanges of new items however is not responsible for original or subsequent shipment costs related to customer Exchange. Merchandise for Exchange must include copy of original invoice receipt as proof of purchase and is subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility, to confirm that the merchandise is in fact of a Brand-New nature. Items for exchange must be received at our facility within 15 calendar days maximum of original customer receipt or merchandise.

Non- Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Types of Merchandise
of Civil Code Section 1723
Certain merchandise either is not returnable by its nature or is not considered to be returnable, with non-returnable and non-exchangeable types of merchandise outlined below in adherence with requirements of Civil Code section 1723:
- Food, plants, flowers, and perishable goods.
- Goods marked "as is," "no returns accepted," "all sales final," or with similar language.
- Goods used or damaged after purchase.
- Customized goods received as ordered
- Goods not returned with their original package.
- Goods which cannot be resold due to health considerations
